From the outside, I seemed to have it all together—confident, athletic, high-achieving. But beneath that polished exterior, I was battling something I didn’t yet have a name for: crippling self-doubt and anxiety. Growing up with divorced parents and moving frequently, I became highly adaptable but also deeply cautious, always second-guessing myself. I had built a life around proving I was capable, yet inside, I struggled with the weight of uncertainty.

Instead of retreating into isolation, I made a choice that changed everything: I leaned into Connection. I joined teams, student government, a choir—any space where I could engage with others and step beyond my own fears. I mentored peers facing similar struggles, unknowingly stepping into what would later become my life’s work. This path led me to a career in acting and directing, where I became fascinated by human behavior, leadership, and the power of authentic communication. The stage was my first classroom in understanding the profound impact of storytelling, presence, and the energy exchanged between people.

Through years of experience in entertainment, education, government, and corporate leadership, I uncovered a truth that has shaped my entire coaching philosophy: Connection is the conduit to Discovery. The more we connect—with ourselves, with others, with our purpose—the more we unlock the answers we seek.
